Experience an exclusive morning celebration of movement at our Buford Road location on Saturday, March 7th from 8:45–10am. Led by instructor Maggie Mauck, this curated pilates class honors the intersection of wellness and personal expression.
Your ticket grants access to the full hour-long session and a set of Alice Mushroom Chocolates. Mats provided.
All proceeds from this event will be donated in loving memory of William Regen to the Humane Society Spay / Neuter Clinic in Charlotte, NC
After the class is over, enjoy a delicious matcha or coffee beverage by Folake, who will be popping up at Buford right as the class ends from 9:45am-12pm.
