RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are only issued for full price items, with the exception of orders placed using an introductory discount code (such as those received through newsletter or SMS sign-up).

Orders placed during sitewide sales, collection sales, limited-time flash sales or similar promotions are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.

If you have any questions about a specific code, please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order to confirm return eligibility.

Na Nin offers returns and exchanges for eligible new and unworn/unlaundered purchases with original packaging and tags attached

Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Apothecary & personal fragrances are eligible for store credit within 21 days of confirmed delivery date.

Pantry items are eligible for return within 21 days of confirmed delivery date. Items must be sealed & damage-free.

Sale items, sample/seconds pieces, vintage/secondhand/secondhand contemporary items, and intimates are final sale without exception, and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If you have any questions regarding a vintage item please contact our vintage team prior to purchase. Vintage/secondhand items are likely to have minor flaws due to the nature of being pre-loved items. Some examples of minor flaws include and are not limited to: pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear from the previous owner and age.

Please note that Na Nin is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment. We will not refund original or return shipping costs, with the exception of returns for items sent in error or with damages. 

As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources and we are unable to absorb shipping costs when products are returned for refund or exchange. 

We aim to process returns/exchanges within 3-5 business days of when they arrive back to us.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. Na Nin reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

  • Once we approve your return, you will receive further information from our team via email, including your return label. $15 will be deducted from the final refund total to cover the cost of return shipping.

You may also send the package back to us using the carrier of your choice. Our mailing address is as follows:

International Customers:

We are unable to provide a return label for orders shipped outside of the US, but you may send the package back to us using the carrier of your choice to the address listed above.

HOW TO BEGIN AN EXCHANGE:

Please initiate a domestic return through the portal and include a note for our team detailing the items you wish to exchange, as well as the specific items, sizes, and/or colors you would like in exchange.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Please note that certain third party brands are excluded from discounts and promotions entirely. These include: Aesop, Le Bon Shoppe, Zero Japan, Undo, Sabre Paris, Sophie Ceramics, Knook Ceramics, and Honey Honey Ceramics.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

We process orders promptly during our regular working hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please note that any 2nd Day Air orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day.

There may be slight processing delays during sales, holidays, and other high volume fulfillment periods. If you have any questions or special requests regarding alternate shipping options, rates, or delivery times, please don’t hesitate to contact our sales team

We are fulfilling certain orders from two locations, our studio and our dedicated warehouse. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from each location. If so, you'll receive tracking information for both parts of your order. 

Once an item has been shipped, Na Nin is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Na Nin offers Standard Ground Shipping through UPS & FedEx or 2nd Day Air through UPS for most domestic orders (depending on customer's preference). We recommend U.S. customers select the signature confirmation option during checkout for extra security on delivery. If you prefer an alternative or expedited method of shipping, please contact our team via email. 

Domestic orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will typically ship with USPS. 

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed with the shipping service provider, not with Na Nin. If the shipping provider does not approve the claim, Na Nin is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.  

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

We offer local pick up at our studio location in Richmond, VA. When placing an order online, please select 'PICK UP' as the delivery method. Most orders are ready within 2 to 4 business days. If you would prefer to pick up at our brick & mortar location, please reply to your confirmation email and our team will make those arrangements for you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Na Nin is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Na Nin offers DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, & UPS Expedited (2 to 5 day) shipping for most international orders, and each country's customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc may vary. As stated, Na Nin is not responsible for these fees. The customer is responsible for any additional charges.

International customers with shipping addresses verified as remote may be subject to an additional charge. A member of our sales team will be in touch after your order has been placed, and a separate invoice will be sent to collect this amount.  

Packages refused will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% per item plus cost of return shipment. 

If we are notified that your purchase has been flagged as a risk of fraudulent activity, a return or exchange will not be accepted. Purchases marked high risk through the checkout services will be reviewed and will not be processed as advised through our shop’s host.
