An amazing vintage French army field jacket from the 1940s/50s! This woven wool jacket features a flattering, ultra-cropped cut and a classic olive green coloring. Closures up the front are smooth & rounded brass-toned buttons with matching ones adorning the pocket flaps and shoulder panels. Features a partial cotton lining with extra pockets, tailored pleats at the back and buttoned fit adjustments at the sides.

Sharpie markings at the interior - does not affect look or wear. Couple of small holes in the exterior wool consistent with age/storage/pre-loved wear.
