Favorite 90s Betsey Johnson black lace dress with satin-silk piping & accents. Dress has a pleated skirt with crossed v-neckline and a silk waist tie belt for adjustable fit. Measures approximately: 16.5" underarm to underarm / 28" waist (can be cinched smaller with tie belt) / 40" hips / 38" length 

There is some incredibly subtle & hard to notice discoloration at the underarm seams as well as imperfection at the straps from where somebody adjusted the length.
